Junior Operators and Senior Operators can rank up by attending training sessions. However, in order for a Head Operators to rank up to a Shift Leaders, then the player must meet a few requirements, then the player will get promoted through the recommendation process.

The Supervision Team is the first set of ranks in the Washiez hierarchy to receive moderation power. The Supervision Team is responsible for making sure trollers are handled, and they assist low ranks when needed.
Supervision Team members use what is known as the Staff Menu to warn and jail trollers. At its initial release, staff with the warning panel could warn ranks higher than their own, causing fellow staff to be jailed. However, TheMagikMan12 fixed this in a later update.

The Management Team act as the bridging ranks between the Supervision Team and the Corporate Team. The Management Team act as the primary source of moderation at the car wash.

The Corporate Team is often regarded as one of the highest achievable ranks in Washiez. All Corporate Team staff are a member of one of the three Washiez departments: Human Resources, Operations, and Public Relations.
The Corporate Team get access to ranking permissions, ranking within trainings, promotions and demotions of staff members, handling tickets, and creating online content. Corporates can only perform duties involved in their respective departments.

The Leadership Team is one of the highest ranks that are really hard to get. The Leadership Team is responsible for leading the three corporate departments: the Human Resources Department, Operations Department, and Public Relations Department.
